  • Firstly, your namespaces are not matching up. Each class is being called from within a different namespace, thus are unable to find the desired class because it's not declared with the same namespace or the namespace isn't specified.
  • Awesome. Been waiting for something like this to come along. Will definitely help those who have a lot of apps installed where the tools menu expands past the bottom of the view-port.
  • Looks good. I'll do some tests when I get some free time.
  • Thanks. Just merged the access control fixes and pushed changes to fix the issues alpi pointed out.
  • Both of those are a combination of refactoring and type checking issues. Pushed fixes for both. Edit: Found a number of other things that I missed earlier. Made another push. It /should/ work as was intended the first time around...
  • heh, I guess I forgot to refactor the indexes. Just pushed a fix for the schema indexes.
  • Would this be something like what you are looking for? $restrict = (User::is('admin') ? 'admin' : ' '); $users = User::query ('id, name, email, type, company, title') ->where ("type ". $restrict) ->order ('name asc') ->fetch_orig ($limit…
  • (I might be misunderstanding the goal, but here's a possible solution...) You could probably add a small wrapper logic to prevent non admin (or maybe it should be the 'default' acl) users from changing their own role for their account. Ex... user/…
  • huh. so it is. good to know that's in there. I'll see if I can come up with something for adding users access control. Definitely something I could make use of...
  • Sure. I'll go muck around with that and send one your way. Edit: Ok, I'm pretty sure I just sent a pull request with my edits. (first time with a pull request)
  • Any issues on the Property Manager?
  • You have both debugs on in the config file? Is this a fresh installation?
  • Ah yes, forgot about that. The github really should be updated. Anyway, you're welcome.
  • Well... going through the code on github, the biggest issue I see is that most of the code hasn't really been kept up-to-date and is messy. I've played around with it a bit, and that code that's borking it up... seems to be just excess code that sh…
  • hmm... would it be possible to see the handler? I have a theory, but the debug doesn't provide enough info.
  • It's trying to read $data->failed, but that variable is (most likely) empty. Without looking at snippets from the handler or view, my best guess would be that it isn't correctly passing the variable from the handler to the view, or it's calling t…
  • -_- I feel silly for forgetting about that. Thank you anyway. I just finished all the files and the property manager works! I'll link the gist when I finish putting it together. Edit: Here it is - https://gist.github.com/BronyBorn/756a44e12e4c1b37…
  • So, after doing a bit of digging, I have a quick question... Does the DB abstraction layer treat all $args as text? What I'm after is to be able to send an SQL object through an $arg. Maybe if the DB layer would interpret ? as text and add ! for obj…
  • I'm almost done with a possible fix for it, I just have a couple questions... 1) Is it possible to do a switch statment in the View render? 2) What is the array format that would result from DB:fetch ('select * from #prefix#table') look like if th…
  • Scratch that... I figured out what the issue was. For additional properites to be added to the file, it has to be reuploaded. That, plus your fixed my issues. It works now. =) Edit: Not quite i guess... after some mucking around with it, I figured…
  • Ok, I'm looking to add another text field to the properties menu of the filemanager. This may not be completely correct, but here's what I've tried adding so far. Properties.php $out = array ( 'title' => __ ('Properties'), 'body' => $tpl…
  • If you flag a post, that records the user who posted it as well right?
  • I'd be happy to help out as well. I'm online quite often late at night as I am a bit of a night owl (quite often up during the Australian daytime, even though I live in the US), which seems to be when a lot of the spam occurs.
  • OH! Dang I completely forgot about that. Thank you very much for your help! It has sped up my work significantly. =)
  • Yes that works perfectly. Thank you! It broke the {% if loop_index > 0 %} condition in the view, but I added a self increasing index to the array to track it. That solved the issue. Is there a way to get the descriptions to interpret HTML tags i…
  • Ok, so I tried both methods and got the ini file to work, but not the property one. I would like to be able to add links (via < a >) to the captions and the ini file screws up with the = unless I have the text quoted, but then it displays the …
  • Thank you! That handler helped a lot. Now I have a question about the slideshow handler. I want to pass a sting along with each img. But for easy access I want to store those strings in an ini file and list the text in there. I've tried a number of…
  • Damn, this would be most useful! I'm somewhat relatively new to the ElefantCMS, so I can't help... but I would absolutely love to see this project finished.

  • Yes, that gist is what I had in mind.
  • On ubuntu 12.10 enabling mod_rewrite doesn't actually fix the issue, I had to go in and edit a certain file... the second comment in this thread is what I did to get it to work http://www.ubun2.com/question/302/how_install_enable_apache_mod_rewrite…
